Rules and Regulations

Students learning and following rules

At Akshargyan, our framework is built on discipline, commitment, and respect — values that help us maintain a learning environment where both children and volunteers grow together.

Core Principles

Commitment to service and consistency in teaching
Punctuality and respect for everyone's time
Discipline in classroom management and conduct
Equal respect for all children and members
Care for the learning space and materials
Confidentiality regarding student information
Team spirit and cooperation with fellow volunteers
Openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Attendance Policy

Consistency is key to learning. Volunteers are expected to attend classes regularly and on time, inform beforehand in case of absence, and maintain learning continuity.

Behavior Guidelines

Each volunteer represents Akshargyan's values. Respect for children, space, and teammates is essential. We believe in teamwork over individuality — no favoritism, no neglect.

Learning Commitment

Every teacher and volunteer is encouraged to prepare lessons sincerely, check revisions, conduct assessments, and engage with students patiently.

Community Values

We grow together as one family. Active participation, openness to feedback, and maintaining positive connections help nurture a healthy environment.

These guidelines are not just rules — they are the values that shape both our volunteers and children to develop discipline, responsibility, respect, and essential life qualities.
